isn't he cuuuuuuuuuute?

This was Diego on Halloween, visiting Jim at work. My favorite part is when he pauses, turns back around, looks at me, and the resumes stomping around. The tail swish just kills me.

He's officially a toddler. Having tantrums and signing words (though he just signs "please" for everything he wants. Opening boxes? Food? The cat? At least he's polite? hahaha) He's definitely bigger and stronger than ever.

Me? It's November, people! Days away from Thanksgiving and no turkey in sight. No plans, either. Which is fantastic. Last year, in a bout of insanity, I decided I would make a full meal by myself and somehow be able to take care of the six week old boob monster. Yeah. THAT went well. This year I can say I've grown as a Mom and now realize that I don't have to. So there. :P

I cannot believe I have not held this baby yet. I might kidnap him, just to warn you. And eat his cheeks. Oh my gosh, that much cute should just not be in one person. It is not fair. It throws the universe out of wack and then people like me have to balance it again.

Oh my gosh he is so cute. I can't believe I haven't held him yet. (pout) I might kidnap him, just to warn you. I don't know if I could handle the cuteness, that much cute should not be in one person. It throws the chakra or whatever out of whack. And polite? What did you do in the past life? Where you mother theresa? My kid wouldn't say please if her life depended on it. Last night at 4am mind you she looked at me and said UP! Ack!

Well, I certainly hope you enjoy a laid back Tanksgiving.

@court-hahaha Don't worry. I'm sure the politeness will end come the toddler tantrums. Which have already started. Then it's more like Pinch Grab Poke Pinch. And Momma looking around for gypsies to offer him to...j/k...

@court, again
And you'll get to see him sooooooon! I'm super excited to show Diego around Austin come the holidays. And we can sit and pretend we're just moms hanging with the kids at the park, or drinking a cup of tea/coffee/rum....ahh...good times.
